Special law services rendered by FABIAN & PARTNERS law firm
Law firm deposit
Law firm deposit is an alternative way of depositing finances. The received financial means are for the whole period of the deposit deposited on a special bank account separate from other financial means, including those which are subject to another law firm deposit. This type of deposit is advisable especially at the conveyance of real estate and other asset values.
Signature authorisation
FABIAN & PARTNERS law firm provides signature authorisation of persons on documents drawn up or not drawn up by us. This authorisation has the same value and legal capacity as signature authorisation by a register office or a notary.
Concluding a contract subject to registration in the Land Registry on a place determined by the client
This special service provided by our firm reacts to the unusual situation where in case of inaction there might be the risk of default or to a situation which does not allow any other solution, for example due to the health state of a participant. This service relates to the authorisation of the lawyer to verify the identity of contract parties (it replaces the official signature authorisation by a register office or a notary). The service consists of the preparation of a given contract (purchase, donation, bailment, real burden), negotiating it and signing it in the presence of a lawyer on a place determined by the client.
